Freezing rain late this afternoon made mess of roads around town. Not really ice storm as such, but enough glaze to cause metrowide problems. Supposed to warm up a little for a couple of days.
Need to do Christmas cards. And wrap some fruitcake.
Finally saw a few episodes of Vampire Diaries. Interesting to watch something local made, and try to figure out where things were filmed at. Primarily in the Covington area.
Solstice in a few days. More light!

Weather channel peeps talking about your weather… said it was warming up and the ice was melting with their last tweet, though. We had freezing rain last night. Made the drive to work oh so much fun!

Maria and Corin watch Vampire Diaries religiously. They read all the books first. I didn’t know it was filmed down there, though. Covington was where they filmed In the Heat of the Night, so it would make sense.
