Dear Bill and Andrea–
I guess Bill is bringing the hot weather back with him—it had been 50′s/60′s here, but depending who you wish to believe–it could be heat index 100 Monday–maybe. Or maybe not–it’s Indiana as they say–and if you don’t like the forecast–wait a few minutes–it’ll change.
Taste of Tippecanoe is a big food festival thing here, and due to construction they’ve moved it further uptown which puts me in the middle of it. My last party here with friends.. for a small while. Hobby Lobby already putting out Halloween and Christmas stuff–so maybe I’ll get a headstart down there. haha
Another friend Joel–he and his roommates moving to bigger house on campus. I stopped by to see how their packing was going. They were outside on the sidewalk hitting a broken office chair with a bowling ball. Definitely a Kodak moment when I drove up on it. Especially when I stood on the opposite side of Joel throwing (duh) and as the ball bounced to me I tried to stop with right foot as it plowed into my left shin/ankle. It’s ok just looks stupid. Good times! I don’t know if their ghost is moving with them–long story. haha
My new tattoo now in scratchy/scabby phase. Or did I mention that one? hahah
Trying to give a bunch of stuff away– alot of stuff may end up in trash but oh well. Good stuff I set outside dumpster. I’ve dumpster dived before so maybe someone will find some use for a few things.
Car has been checked as fine. Done bank stuff.
Steve……….is now head of the Dekalb County chapter of the Minutemen. mmmmmm
Actually I thought I was going somewhere with all this but I don’t know. Hahah
I’ve talked about Wilimas–remind me to discuss Wil Fest sometime. haha
Laterz

*twilight zone music*
The time draws near. It’s going to be hot as hades here today… with storms, probably. Yippee.
I’m still diggin’ that tat, Wil.
I do love that tattoo. Such a good job, too; exceeded my expectations. Apparently you did your homework in finding the artist.
About the Alice movie, I don’t known about that director. I wish Tim Burton were doing it.
Tim Burton would have been perfect. (Though my feelings on Corpse Bride were mixed.)
I just did a little mental math and realized that you’ve spent nearly 1/8th of your life in Indiana now. And I’ve spent an equivalent fraction of mine in Colorado. You definitely proved the naysayers wrong. But I must say that a part of me feels sad. With your departure I’m losing my only solid vestige of connection to the Hoosier homeland. I should get back in touch with Emily and Michelle, but it’s hard when your life in the here and now is so damn busy. But I’d take their e-mails from you if you have them to share.
On the upside, we’ll see you at Christmas.
